The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and effective support to customers by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role serves as the first point of contact between the organization and its customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
  • Maintain service standards and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports on customer feedback and issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service or related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
