Job summary
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Lagos. The Customer Service Representative will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person, providing clear, accurate, and timely information about Tectainet’s products and services. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in Customer Service Operations and Management Systems
- Applicant must be versed in computer basics, PC and System Operation, to be able to use smart devices effectively
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction, with a track record of handling inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Experience contributing to a positive Customer Experience, ideally in a Customer Service Representative role or similar position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, courteous, and empathetic interaction styles.
- Ability to use CRM or ticketing tools, basic office software, and communication platforms efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Capacity to work on-site in Lagos, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage time independently.
- Prior experience in technology, telecom, or related industries is an advantage.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a tertiary qualification in Business, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
