Customer Service Representative
Job summary
SolarCorp, on behalf of its client Breadline Café, is recruiting proactive, courteous, and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join the café’s team in Ogudu, Lagos. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering excellent front-of-house service, attending to customer inquiries and orders.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about menu offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately and promptly.
- Process payments and issue receipts using the POS/cash system.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues appropriately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of customer-facing/service areas.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Support daily café operations and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Promote menu items, specials, and upsell where appropriate.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and service standards of the café.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE.
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
