Job summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions across in-store, phone, and online delivery platforms such as Glovo and Chowdeck. The role involves taking orders, resolving complaints, ensuring accurate order processing, and delivering a positive customer experience that reflects the restaurant’s standards.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Attend to customers politely and professionally (walk-in, phone, and online orders).
- Receive and process orders via phone calls and delivery apps like Glovo and Chowdeck.
- Confirm order details (meals, quantities, delivery address, and timing) to avoid errors.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and dispatch team to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer complaints, delays, or wrong orders calmly and resolve issues quickly.
- Track and monitor online orders to ensure they are accepted, prepared, and dispatched on time.
- Provide accurate information about menu items, prices, promotions, and availability.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Minimum of an HND
