Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide information on products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant departments or supervisors when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Process orders, applications, refunds, and account adjustments.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Contribute to team goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum OND
- 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role.
