We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage customer relations while supporting HR operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities:

Customer Service Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery.


HR Duties:

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination.
  • Help organize staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.


Compliance Duties:

  • Ensure company operations comply with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Monitor adherence to workplace health and safety standards.
  • Assist in preparing compliance reports and audits.
  • Keep up to date with employment regulations and company requirements.
  • Report compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3years’ experience in customer service, HR, or compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance procedures is an advantage.
  • Must reside in Abuja.
