Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously.
- Manage daily sales operations, including processing transactions, handling cash and card payments, and operating a point-of-sale system
- Maintain a high level of store presentation and merchandising, ensuring the shop is clean, tidy, and well-stocked at all times.
- Manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing inventory counts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong sales and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
