- Minimum Qualification:HND
- Experience Level:Entry level
- Experience Length:1 year
- Manage inbound and outbound calls.
- Respond to customer-related issues and enquiries via email, calls, chat apps, and social media.
- Generate sales leads and follow up till they develop into new customers.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Persevere with power of conviction to help in agency recruitment.
- Follow up politely to all customers & intending customers to attain satisfaction.
- Give reports to superiors on task carried as a telemarketer.
- Recommend strategic and possible solutions on customers complaints.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in the gaming industry or related field
- Academic qualification of either an HND or BSc in any related discipline
- Ability to learn fast
- Excellent Computer skills
- A good communicator
- Accuracy with good attention to details
Remuneration Range: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
