Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience as a customer care representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace confidently.
- Learn and navigate CRM and customer support platforms with ease.
- Communicate effectively using digital channels and collaboration tools.
- Utilize modern technology and AI-powered tools to improve productivity and customer service.
