Job summary

We are seeking for a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our sales company as a Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and support the sales team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
  • Support customers through phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer concerns are resolved effectively.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and service delivery standards.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • 3-5 years’ experience as a customer care representative.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Use Microsoft Office and Google Workspace confidently.
  • Learn and navigate CRM and customer support platforms with ease.
  • Communicate effectively using digital channels and collaboration tools.
  • Utilize modern technology and AI-powered tools to improve productivity and customer service.
