Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- User Support: Respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with empathy, speed, and clarity.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct virtual or in-person walk-throughs and presentations of our software for new users and clients.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the bridge between our users and the product team, identifying bugs and suggesting feature improvements.
- Onboarding: Guide new customers through their initial setup to ensure they get the maximum value from our tech.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of BSC.
- No experience/ less than 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
