We are looking for a proactive, creative, and customer-focused individual to handle both customer relations and marketing for our new premium coffee shop opening in Lekki Phase 1. The ideal candidate will engage with guests, resolve issues professionally, grow our online presence, and support the General Manager with marketing initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Customer Service
- Greet and interact with guests, ensuring a warm and positive experience
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and promptly
- Monitor guest satisfaction levels and report trends to management
- Build strong relationships with regular customers and the community
- Assist with managing reservations, inquiries, and customer communication
Marketing
- Create and manage daily content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Take high-quality photos/videos of drinks, products, and store ambience
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and seasonal specials
- Work with the GM to grow brand visibility and customer engagement
- Respond to online inquiries, messages, and reviews
- Assist with planning small in-store events or collaborations
- Maintain consistent brand image across all platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or marketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative with a good eye for content creation (photos, videos, reels)
- Ability to manage social media pages professionally
- Confident, well-presented, and guest-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic graphic design or Canva skills is an added advantage
