Customer Service Intern
Job summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Service Intern currently undergoing the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme. The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to attend to customer enquiries while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries across relevant communication channels.
- Attend to customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support other customer service and administrative activities as required.
Requirements:
- Must be a serving NYSC corps member.
- An HND in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple enquiries.
