Job summary

We are seeking a Techy and personable Female Customer Relations Executive to join our team at Ellas Place. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while also managing essential administrative and operational tasks to keep our salon, gym, & spa running smoothly.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle appointment scheduling via phone, email, and booking software.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Promote available services, membership packages, and special promotions.


Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate client records and manage the booking system efficiently.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Prepare daily reports, including revenue, appointments, and attendance.


Operations Support:

  • Coordinate with service providers (stylists, trainers, therapists) to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle basic financial tasks such as processing payments and generating invoices.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures.


Marketing and Engagement:

  • Assist in social media management by capturing client testimonials and promoting services.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to organize events and campaigns.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and administrative roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and booking software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the wellness, beauty, or fitness industry is a plus.
  • Friendly, approachable, and client-focused.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for the brand.
  • Must Reside in or around APO, Abuja.
