Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries via telephone, email, social media, live chat, and walk-ins.
  • Identify customer/student needs promptly and provide accurate information regarding our products, training programs, and services.
  • Proactively follow up on daily inquiries and marketing leads to hit customer acquisition and student enrollment targets.
  • Employ effective relationship-building and sales techniques to convert qualified leads into registered clients or enrolled students.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions, inquiries, and sales pipelines within the designated system.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish engaging promotional content across our social media handles and digital platforms.
  • Leverage productivity and AI tools (such as ChatGPT) to draft marketing copy, advertisements, and informative articles efficiently.
  • Upload and manage product listings, course outlines, and promotional campaigns on our online platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels daily, ensuring timely and professional responses to comments, direct messages, and reviews.
  • Support lead generation activities through targeted email marketing, newsletters, and social media campaigns to boost brand awareness.
  • Guide prospective students through the end-to-end application, enrollment, and registration workflows.
  • Direct successful applicants through approved payment channels and ensure transaction compliance.
  • Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars, virtual workshops, and live online events.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure all digital and traditional marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and set up virtual or physical meetings.
  • Prepare professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Organize and maintain secure databases, digital filing systems, and administrative records.
  • Liaise effectively with external partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales or student recruitment, or digital marketing.
  • Track Record: A demonstrable history of hitting or exceeding conversion targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Sales & Service: Strong lead generation, relationship management, and sales closing abilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a flawless command of the English language.
  • Tech Savviness: High proficiency in navigating social media marketing tools and a good working knowledge of AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT).
  • Interpersonal Skills: Active listening, strong telephone etiquette, and a professional, patient demeanour.
  • Organisation: Excellent multitasking capability, time management, and the ability to work under tight timelines both independently and collaboratively.
  • Tools: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools.
  • Prior experience within the education, training, or student recruitment sector (Added Advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital analytics tools (Added Advantage).
