About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Support & Sales Specialist with exceptional English communication skills and strong phone etiquette. The ideal candidate has experience assisting US-based customers in a remote or BPO environment. Candidates with auto repair or automotive service experience will have a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism
•
Provide accurate information, resolve concerns, and deliver a positive customer experience
•
Convince customers using excellent sales skills and convert inquiries into successful sales
•
Identify upsell opportunities and meet performance targets
•
Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and customer updates
•
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements:
•
2–3 years of customer support experience
•
Prior experience with US customers (remote/BPO)
•
Excellent English speaking skills and strong phone etiquette
•
Strong sales ability with proven persuasion and conversion skills
•
Auto repair or automotive service knowledge is a major plus
•
Ability to work independently and manage fast-paced environments
