Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers warmly and help them choose their food.
- Take orders correctly and pass the information clearly to the kitchen.
- Handle cash, transfer, and POS payments carefully and correctly.
- Enter all sales into the system properly, with the required details (if it doesn’t enter automatically).
- Serve food and drinks neatly and in a presentable way.
- Keep the work area clean and follow all hygiene rules.
- Know the menu well, including ingredients, and be able to answer common customer questions.
- Communicate clearly with other sales staff, kitchen staff, and managers to keep work running smoothly.
- Help check stock levels for food, drinks, and other items, and inform management when something needs to be restocked.
- Help clean the service area, utensils, and equipment.
- Perform any other duties given by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of S.S.C.E
- Minimum 1 year of experience
Working hours:
- 8 am to 10 pm, 4 days, 1 day off.
- The restaurant operates from Monday to Sunday
- Lunch and medical will be provided.
