Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Inspect items for stains or damage before laundering and communicate issues promptly.
- Report maintenance needs.
- Provide customer service via email, phone, or chat—answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and order updates using company software systems.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as entering orders and updating records
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
