Customer Relations Manager
Job summary
The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for onboarding, supporting, and growing relationships with restaurant partners. This role ensures partners are successful on the platform, driving adoption, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Restaurant Onboarding:
- Lead onboarding for new restaurant partners
- Train restaurant staff on platform usage and best practices
- Ensure accurate setup of menus, availability, and reservation settings
Partner Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for restaurant partners
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Proactively check in to ensure partner satisfaction and success
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
- Monitor restaurant performance on the platform (reservations, usage, engagement)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance
- Identify underperforming accounts and implement improvement plans
Subscription & Account Management:
- Manage subscriptions, renewals, and upgrades
- Handle billing-related inquiries in coordination with finance
- Ensure partners are on the right plans for their needs
Feedback & Product Improvement:
- Gather feedback from restaurant partners
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve the platform
- Advocate for partner needs internally
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of customer relations experience
- Experience in account management, customer success, or hospitality
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
