Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building a process for customer satisfaction
- Launch and implement customer satisfaction surveys with our customers within your first month of resumption.
- Weekly, recording their feedback accurately.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Great customer rapport-building and strong listening skills.
- Polite and respectful to all customers.
- Able to accurately record customer feedback on forms.
- Experience in telephoning customers regularly.
- Strong knowledge of Word, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, as well as adapt to other systems or programmes used internally.
- Excellent communication skills.
