Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Process and confirm orders accurately
  • Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain customer records and order logs
  • Upsell products and promote offerings
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams
  • Ensure professionalism in all customer interactions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
