Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Process and confirm orders accurately
- Manage complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain customer records and order logs
- Upsell products and promote offerings
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams
- Ensure professionalism in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience (hospitality preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms
Location: Ikoyi
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
