Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding ELV systems and services.
- Provide accurate information about company products, services, and project updates.
- Log and track customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in the CRM or ticketing system.
- Coordinate with technical and maintenance teams to schedule site visits or remote support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and customers are satisfied.
- Maintain updated customer records, project documentation, and service history.
- Assist the sales and technical teams with quotations, invoices, or basic product clarifications.
- Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior engineers or management.
- Monitor ongoing service contracts and notify clients of renewals or maintenance schedules.
- Contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or coordination roles, ideally in ELV / MEP / systems integration industries.
- Minimum of SSCE / B.Sc.
- Familiarity with systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, or BMS is an advantage.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Canva, MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and CRM or ERP software.
- Basic technical understanding of ELV systems and components.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service requests.
- Professional phone and email etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours when required.
- Team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
