We are seeking a dedicated and articulate Customer Care Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support to our clients, resolving inquiries in a timely manner, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Job Description/Requirements
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services and assist customers in resolving issues.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Follow up on outstanding cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to offer effective solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Support team operations and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service (preferable but not mandatory for fast learners).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
