Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Call Representative who will serve as the company’s first point of contact for voice, responsible for answering and managing incoming and outgoing calls across the organization. If you have compassion for people, with attention to intuitively understand and provide solutions through impeccable communication and collaboration, we would love to have you as a frontline champion and mouthpiece for the customer and organisation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer all inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with potential leads, partners, or existing customers.
  • Route calls and messages to the correct departments (Customer Support, Sales, or SDR).
  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and issue reports.
  • Ensure all missed calls and voicemails are tracked and returned within SLA timelines.


Customer Interaction

  • Greet callers warmly and identify their needs clearly.
  • Provide basic information about Home Owner’s services and Products
  • Handle general inquiries and FAQs or escalate to the right contact person.
  • Record and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery.


Support Coordination

  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Sales teams to resolve queries efficiently.
  • Follow up on leads generated from calls, WhatsApp messages, or marketing campaigns.
  • Provide daily call summaries and insights to management for performance tracking.


Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline (Business, Communications, or related field preferred).
  • 1–3 years’ experience in a call center, telesales, or front desk role.
  • Excellent spoken English and clear, friendly phone manner.
  • You can speak Hausa, Igbo, Yoruba, Pidgin fluently
  • Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM or call logging tools (advantage).
  • Must be punctual, organized, and reliable under pressure.
  • Warm, empathetic personality with a professional tone.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using phones, headsets, and CRM software.
  • Able to work flexible hours (including weekends if needed).
  • Good knowledge of Lagos areas and property terms is a plus.
