Role Description

This is an internship role for a Creative & WordPress Support Executive based in Abuja with a hybrid work structure that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing WordPress platforms, supporting branding initiatives, and handling updates or troubleshooting for clients' websites. Additional responsibilities include graphic design tasks, creating content, and providing project management support for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

🎨 Graphic Design

•
Create Facebook/Instagram ad creatives

•
Design social media content

•
Create website banners and landing page assets

•
Develop simple brand kits

•
Edit marketing materials when required

💻 WordPress & Technical Support

•
Install and configure WordPress

•
Manage themes & plugins

•
Work with Elementor or similar builders

•
Perform website backups and restores

•
Troubleshoot plugin/theme conflicts

•
Optimize site speed

•
Fix common WordPress errors

•
Perform routine website maintenance

Qualifications

• Effective Communication and strong Writing skills
• Project Management abilities to plan, organize, and execute tasks efficiently
• Experience or skills in Branding and Graphic Design, including visual creations for promotional materials
• Familiarity with WordPress management and basic troubleshooting
• Detail-oriented with creative problem-solving capabilities
• Proficiency with design tools is a plus (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva)
