Creative Director/Brand Strategist

Location: This job role is at Agungi, Lekki.
We are looking for a visionary Creative Director & Brand Strategist to join our team. This is a high-impact role for a storyteller who can bridge the gap between deep market strategy and world-class visual execution.
You will be the architect of our brand’s narrative. You’ll oversee everything from high-level visual identity to the strategic "why" behind every campaign. This is a dual-impact role: part analytical strategist, part creative powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Architecture: Define, evolve, and protect our brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Strategic Vision: Translate business goals into creative strategies that drive growth and engagement.
• Creative Leadership: Direct the production of all visual assets, from digital content and social media to print and physical branding.
• Market Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior to keep our brand at the cutting edge.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and leadership to ensure brand consistency and high-level execution.
Requirements
• Bsc/Msc in Related Field
• 3-5 years in creative direction, brand strategy, or a senior marketing role (Travel Agency or high-growth corporate experience preferred).
• Portfolio: A proven track record of successful brand launches and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strategic Mastery: Expert-level understanding of brand positioning, consumer psychology, and market differentiation.
• Design Oversight: Proficiency in directing visual content and a deep understanding of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
