About the Role

We are hiring Course Instructors with strong technical backgrounds and practical teaching experience to join LearnGlobe Digital Academy and support our current Digital-UP program — a 12-week intensive online tech and digital upskilling initiative designed to develop job-ready digital talent and accelerate employability for graduates and job seekers.

Digital-UP blends structured learning, hands-on practice, and real-world projects. The program is delivered as 80% AI-enhanced pre-recorded content (asynchronous) and 20% instructor-led live practical sessions (synchronous).

As a Course Instructor, you will deliver live, practical online sessions for one or more of the following tracks:

Digital Tracks

1. Data Analytics & Visualization

2. Web & App Development (No-Code)

3. Digital Marketing (AI-Powered)

4. UI/UX Design & Graphics

5. Virtual Assistant (AI & Productivity Tools)

6. Creative Visuals & Video Editing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare clear lesson plans, slide decks and practical exercises.

- Deliver weekend live sessions (summaries, labs, demos, Q&A).

- Assign, review, and grade student projects and weekly assignments.

- Provide timely, constructive feedback and 1:1 mentorship to learners.

- Support the development and improvement of pre-recorded content where required.

- Help students prepare capstone projects and participate in demo-day evaluations.

- Collaborate with curriculum leads and mentors to ensure quality and consistency.

- Participate in onboarding and rehearsal sessions prior to live delivery.

Required qualifications & experience

- Minimum 3 years of practical, industry experience in the selected track (freelance or in-house).

- Proven portfolio or demonstrable project work (GitHub, portfolio site, demo reel, case studies).

- Prior teaching, workshop facilitation, or training experience (bootcamps, corporate training, or university teaching) — preferred.

- Comfortable using remote teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet, an LMS, Slack) and AI productivity tools relevant to the track.

- Strong communication and mentorship skills; ability to teach diverse learners with varied backgrounds.

- Reliable weekend availability during the program run.

Additional qualifications (desirable)

- Bachelor’s degree in a tech field, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.

- Proficiency in curriculum development and subject-matter expertise.

- Strong presentation and instructional design skills.

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and virtual classroom tools.

- Excellent organisation and time-management skills.

- Passion for education and mentoring.

- Experience creating AI-enhanced or technology-supported learning solutions is an advantage.
