Hiring: Cisco Networking Academy Instructor
Job Title: Cisco Certified Instructor (Networking Academy)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Cisco Networking Academy Instructor to deliver high-quality training in line with Cisco Networking Academy standards. The ideal candidate will facilitate learning, guide students through hands-on labs, and prepare them for globally recognized Cisco certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Cisco Networking Academy curriculum (e.g., CCNA modules) in line with Cisco standards
- Facilitate hands-on lab sessions using Cisco-approved tools and environments (e.g., Packet Tracer, NetAcad resources)
- Prepare and support students for Cisco certification exams
- Track student progress and maintain performance records on the NetAcad platform
- Provide mentorship and academic support to students
- Ensure compliance with Cisco Networking Academy policies and quality standards
Requirements:
- Valid Cisco Certification (CCNA required; CCNP preferred)
- Active or previous experience with the Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) platform is a strong advantage
- Proven teaching/training experience in networking or related field
- Strong practical knowledge of routing, switching, and network fundamentals
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and classroom management skills
Added Advantage:
- Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (CCAI) status
- Experience delivering instructor-led and hybrid/online training
- Familiarity with student assessment and certification tracking systems
