Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assess customers' skincare needs and concerns, recommend appropriate skincare and wellness products
- Educate customers on skincare routines, product usage, and promote healthy skin and wellness practices
- Conduct skincare follow-ups when necessary to support customer retention and results
- Maintain proper product displays, merchandising, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and presentable
- Refer customers with medical skin concerns to Pharmacists for professional consultation
- Support customer retention through excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service
Requirements:
- Cosmetology certification, or relevant skincare experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in skincare consulting, beauty retail, or spa setting
- Deep knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and routines for different skin types
- Friendly, customer-first attitude with excellent communication and sales skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain product displays and store aesthetics
- Able to work effectively in a shift-based, fast-paced retail environment
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 250,000/month
