Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Corporate Sales Executive (Hospitality) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining key business relationships, and promoting the hotel's accommodation, conferencing, dining, and hospitality services. The ideal candidate should possess excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship skills.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key accounts.
- Promote the hotel's accommodation, conference facilities, restaurant, and other hospitality services.
- Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, networking activities, and client meetings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years' sales experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Must be self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and willing to travel for business development activities.
