Driver

Responsibilities:

• Executive Transportation: Drive company executives, employees, and official visitors safely to meetings, airports, events, and other designated locations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform daily pre-trip inspections (checking oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, and fuel levels) and ensure vehicles are washed and vacuumed daily.
• Logistics & Errounds: Deliver and retrieve official documents, parcels, or supplies as directed by management.
• Compliance: Maintain an accurate logbook recording mileage, fuel consumption, routes taken, and routine maintenance dates.
• Schedule Management: Plan travel routes in advance using GPS or traffic updates to bypass gridlock and ensure punctual arrivals.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, speed limits, and road safety regulations (e.g., FRSC, LASTMA guidelines).
• Incident Reporting: Report any mechanical faults, accidents, or traffic penalties immediately to the Admin Supervisor.

• Minimum of a Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or O'Level equivalent.
• Proven track record with 4+ years of experience as a professional corporate or executive driver.
• Valid national driver's licence with a clean driving record (no major accidents or recent violations).
• Exceptional knowledge of local roads, alternative routes, traffic patterns, and corporate locations.
• Punctual, respectful, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining strict corporate confidentiality.
• Excellent eyesight and physical fitness, with the flexibility to occasionally work weekends or extended hours.
