Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Preparing ingredients (cutting, washing) and cooking items such as burgers, fries, and chicken to order, often using specialized equipment.
- Ensuring food consistency, quality, and appearance while meeting high-volume demand in a fast-paced environment.
- Adhering to food safety guidelines, cleaning grills, workstations, and equipment to maintain health standards.
- Monitoring ingredient levels, restocking stations, and reporting shortages to managers.
- Coordinating with other staff to ensure efficient order flow and assisting in training new employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE and Trade Certification with Experience.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
- All candidates must be physically fit, medically fit, neat, and courteous.
- All candidates should leave close to the location.
