Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and implement an integrated content strategy aligned with Tuteria’s overall brand and business objectives.
- Identify the needs of your target audience and create tailored content that resonates with learners, parents, tutors, and other stakeholders.
- Plan content calendars and campaigns to support product launches, marketing initiatives, and seasonal trends.
- Conduct market and audience research to understand customer behavior, preferences, and emerging trends.
Creative Direction & Campaign Management:
- Lead the creative vision for campaigns across digital, print, and multimedia platforms.
- Oversee the development of high-quality creative assets, including videos, graphics, social media posts, blogs, and advertisements.
- Ensure consistency of tone, voice, and storytelling across all platforms and campaigns.
- Direct ideation and execution of large-scale campaigns for brand positioning, customer acquisition, and partnerships.
- Oversee the ideation, scripting, and production of video, written, and graphic content across platforms.
Brand Development & Storytelling:
- Ensure consistency of brand voice and messaging across all channels (social media, website, PR, partnerships).
- Craft compelling narratives that position Tuteria as a trusted, innovative, and learner/customer-focused brand.
- Develop creative campaigns to strengthen Tuteria’s brand identity and differentiate it in competitive markets.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align creative work with business needs.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Provide mentorship and direction to the creative team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
Innovation & Market Awareness:
- Stay ahead of digital, social, and content marketing trends to keep Tuteria relevant and engaging.
- Experiment with new formats (podcasts, webinars, live streams, etc.) to expand reach, engagement and virality.
- Continuously test creative approaches to optimize storytelling and brand engagement.
Content Production Oversight:
- Guide scripting, storyboarding, and production of brand videos and storytelling campaigns.
- Work with the graphics team on design and copy for graphics, motion content, blogs, and newsletters.
- Ensure brand messaging resonates with multiple audiences (students, parents, tutors, partners, etc.).
- Drive creative experimentation; test formats, styles, and channels for maximum engagement.
Requirements:
- You’re a storyteller with big vision and execution grit.
- Obsessed with TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, and whatever’s next.
- Can create and direct campaigns that balance education and entertainment.
- Strong copy chops (you can write content that feels alive).
- You’ve done campaigns that got noticed (show us proof!).
- You’re playful, experimental, and don’t believe in “boring.”
