- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
- Previous customer service experience is mandatory.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must reside around the Lekki/Ajah axis of Lagos.
