Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop instructional and marketing content for online courses, including scripts, slides, and video materials.
- Create engaging social media content (posts, carousels, short videos) to promote courses and platform visibility.
- Collaborate with course creators/trainers to simplify and repackage technical content for learners.
- Design graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Write blog posts, newsletters, and course descriptions.
- Edit and produce short-form video content for platform and social media use.
- Stay updated on content trends within the e-learning and edtech space.
- Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, preferably within edtech, media, or a training/education environment.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in design and video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/deadlines.
- A portfolio of previous content work is required.
