Content Creator

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content strategies aligned with marketing goals and seasonal promotions.
• Create high-quality photo and video content showcasing cakes, pastries, catering setups, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials.
• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and product descriptions that reflect the brand’s tone and voice.
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms) with regular and relevant updates.
• Collaborate with the production team to capture key moments and product launches.
• Monitor content performance and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and apply relevant techniques to boost visibility.
• Assist with basic graphic design (flyers, social media banners) when needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or similar role is a key requirement.
• Proximity to the following locations is a must- Berger, Akute, Opic, Ogba, Ketu, Magodo, Isheri, Otedola.
• Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, or written content.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, Lightroom).
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Knowledge on converting views to sales.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for food, baking, and culinary aesthetics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge in SEO and search engines.
