Job summary
The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-quality video content that aligns with the brand’s messaging, marketing goals, and audience expectations. The individual will deliver at least 1 clean, edited, captioned video every 2 days, producing 4–5 high-quality videos weekly for TRIONLIFE or Akam Nature Care.

Responsibilities:
Content Production:
- Produce 1 high-quality video every 2 days (4–5 weekly).
- Ensure all videos are clear, well-lit, captioned, and brand-aligned.
- Shoot, edit, and export videos in formats suitable for all platforms.
- Maintain consistent brand tone, visuals, messaging, and accuracy.
- Develop content that promotes distributors, products, and brand campaigns.
Content Planning & Strategy:
- Participate in weekly marketing briefings.
- Generate ideas for engaging content based on trends and brand focus.
- Follow content calendars, launching videos on time.
- Conduct basic competitor content research.
Collaboration:
- Work with the marketing team, designers, and media team to refine scripts.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager for posting schedules.
- Work closely with distributors for testimonial-style content.
- Work closely with the production team for production-style or behind-the-scenes content
- Attend shoots, meetings, or brand events when required.
- Collaborate with other staff for free-style contents
Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit all videos professionally (transitions, captions, sound, color grading).
- Optimize videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. And all social media
- Ensure videos meet brand quality standards - clarity, sound, accuracy.
- Keep files labeled, organized, and backed up.
Reporting:
- Send all completed contents to the admin email daily. (Very important)
- Submit a weekly report of videos completed.
- Track platform engagement from content produced on all social media.
Continuous Upgrading:
- Stay updated on trends, editing styles, and viral formats.
- Experiment with new ideas and formats to boost engagement.
- Monitor audience feedback and make improvements.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not compulsory).
- 1–2 years of experience as a content creator, videographer, editor, or social media content producer.
- Excellent video editing skills (Capcut, VN, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut).
- Strong understanding of Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram trends.
- Ability to write captions and short scripts.
- Good communication and brainstorming ability.
- Strong creativity and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Highly creative and proactive.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fast learner and trend-driven.
- Disciplined and excellent time management.
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve.
- Must be reachable during working hours.
- Must deliver 1 video every 48 hours without excuses.
Tools Required:
- Smartphone with excellent camera (or DSLR preferred)
- Editing apps/software (Capcut, VN, Adobe, etc.).
- Tripod, ring light, mic (brand can provide or reimburse if needed).
- Canva or editing design tools.
