We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator to elevate the online presence of our luxury Airbnb brand. The ideal candidate will create visually captivating and engaging content that showcases our premium accommodations, exceptional guest experiences, and lifestyle offerings.

Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of the property, amenities, guest experiences, and surrounding attractions.
- Produce engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.
- Create aesthetically pleasing graphics, carousels, and promotional materials.
- Edit photos and videos to maintain a consistent luxury brand identity.
Social Media Management:
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Write compelling captions and calls to action aligned with the brand voice.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Brand Storytelling:
- Showcase the unique features of each property through engaging storytelling.
- Highlight guest experiences, local attractions, events, and lifestyle content.
- Generate creative campaigns around holidays, seasons, and special promotions.
Marketing & Growth:
- Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase organic reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers, photographers, videographers, and local businesses where appropriate.
- Support promotional campaigns designed to increase occupancy and direct bookings.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor social media performance metrics.
- Prepare monthly reports on follower growth, engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Recommend improvements based on data and audience insights.
Brand Standards:
- Ensure all content reflects the luxury image and standards of the brand.
- Maintain consistency in tone, aesthetics, and messaging across all platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience creating content for hospitality, luxury brands, travel, lifestyle, or real estate.
- Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, and social media content.
- Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar editing tools.
- Basic photography and videography skills using smartphones and professional cameras.
- Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media analytics, and digital marketing trends is an advantage.
