Role Description

We are seeking a Content Creation Instructor for a one-week, on-site engagement for our April MVP cohort in Ikeja, Lagos.

The ideal candidate will teach students how to create engaging, strategic, and high-performing content across platforms, combining creativity with structure, storytelling, and digital relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach the fundamentals and advanced principles of content creation (ideation, scripting, storytelling, execution).
• Guide students in creating short-form and long-form content (social media, video, reels, etc.).
• Facilitate hands-on practical sessions and content challenges.
• Help students develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Review student work and provide clear, actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure an integrated learning experience.
• Stay updated with content trends, platform algorithms, and digital tools.

Qualification

• Proven experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing engaging and high-performing content.
• Solid understanding of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to teach content creation in a practical, simplified, and structured way.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing creatives.
• Availability to work on-site in Ikeja, Lagos.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus: Experience growing a personal brand, managing brand pages, or working with clients.
