Job Summary
We’re looking for a charismatic, camera-ready creator who loves to gist and can energize online communities. You will create short-form video content, host X (Twitter) conversations and Instagram Lives, and help grow our brand and audience across platforms. This role blends content creation, community facilitation, and audience development.

Job Description/Requirements
- Host weekly X (Twitter) Spaces and Instagram Live sessions.
- Interview guests, moderate live chats, and keep conversations engaging and on-brand.
- Ideate, script, film, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Create carousels, stories, and visuals in collaboration with design.
- Repurpose live sessions into highlight clips and posts.
- Respond to comments/DMs, spark conversations, and build relationships with superfans.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice; escalate sensitive issues appropriately.
- Plan experiments to grow reach, followers, and retention (hooks, formats, collaborations).
- Track analytics to inform what to double down on and what to drop.
- Ensure content aligns with our positioning and narrative.
- Support campaign launches and partnerships; help source and prep guests.
- Maintain content calendars and run-of-show documents.
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and leadership on priorities.
- Publish 4–6 short-form videos per week across IG/TikTok/YouTube Shorts.
- Host 1 X (Twitter) Space per week and 2 IG Lives per month.
- Improve average engagement rate by 20–30% on live and short-form posts (baseline-dependent).
- Deliver a weekly content report with insights and next steps.
- Establish a repeatable live show format and guest pipeline.
- Are confident and natural on camera with a professional, brand-aligned presence.
- Love to gist: you’re a strong conversationalist, quick on your feet, and warm with audiences.
- Have strong communication and critical thinking skills; you can turn ideas into tight scripts and compelling hooks.
- Understand social storytelling (hooks, pacing, retention) and basic video editing.
- Are organized and reliable with great follow-through, especially around live events.
- Are curious about what makes audiences tick and enjoy testing/learning from data.
- Portfolio or links to on-camera work (e.g., Reels, Lives, YouTube, TikTok).
- Experience hosting or moderating live conversations (school, community, or professional).
- Basic editing skills in tools like CapCut and Canva
- Familiarity with Instagram, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfortable working some evenings/weekends for live events when needed.
