The KWS Academy is looking for a Content & Community Manager(Intern) to lead our content execution and community engagement across platforms.
Role Description
This role sits at the heart of our voice, visibility, and community.
You’ll be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating content while nurturing a growing community of learners, creatives, and professionals.
This is not just a posting role; it’s a brand-building and influence role for someone who understands storytelling, consistency, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage content across social media and digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the Academy’s online community (students, alumni, and prospects).
- Engage audiences through comments, DMs, broadcasts, and group interactions.
- Collaborate with facilitators and internal teams to translate programs into content.
- Track engagement, feedback, and content performance for improvement.
- Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across platforms.
Who We Are Looking For
- Background or Strong interest in content creation, social media, or community management.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of social platforms and audience engagement.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple content streams.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or content schedulers is a plus.
