Consultant Physiotherapist

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to determine physical condition, mobility levels, and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy and rehabilitation treatment plans
• Provide therapy for musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and post-surgical conditions
• Support recovery for stroke patients, trauma cases, and chronic pain conditions
• Use advanced physiotherapy techniques and therapeutic equipment
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with doctors, surgeons, neurologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and therapy documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and rehabilitation planning
• Supervise junior physiotherapists and therapy assistants
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and rehabilitation standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT or equivalent)
• Professional certification/licensure with a relevant regulatory body
• Minimum of 5–10 years clinical physiotherapy experience
• Specialization in neurological, orthopedic, or sports physiotherapy is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and modern physiotherapy equipment
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
