Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Consultant Paediatrician to provide expert medical care for infants, children, and adolescents. The ideal candidate will diagnose, treat, and manage childhood illnesses, monitor growth and development, and work closely with families to ensure optimal child health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive medical care for infants, children, and adolescents
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic paediatric conditions
- Monitor child growth, development, and nutritional status
- Manage neonatal and paediatric emergencies
- Conduct routine immunizations and preventive healthcare services
- Provide guidance and counselling to parents and guardians
- Collaborate with obstetricians, neonatologists, surgeons, and other specialists
- Manage inpatient and outpatient paediatric cases
- Participate in on-call duties for emergency paediatric care
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and child healthcare standards
- Contribute to health education and community outreach programs
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Fellowship in Paediatrics (FWACP, FMCP, MRCP, or equivalent)
- Valid practicing license with MDCN
- Minimum of 5–10 years post-specialist clinical experience
- Strong knowledge of child health, immunization, and neonatal care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage emergency and high-pressure clinical situations
