Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests.
- Manage reservations or guest lists.
- Participate in coordinating guest seating.
- Handle customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Assist guests with their requests.
- Coordinate with the waitresses and supervisors.
- Ensure guests have a premium experience from arrival to departure.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSc
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
