The Compliance Officer ensures that all production, sales, and internal operations within the confectionery company comply with regulatory standards, food safety laws, hygiene practices, internal policies, and ethical codes. The role focuses on monitoring all departments.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures across departments.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure adherence to company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators.
- Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring required documentation is accurate and complete.
- Identify compliance risks and escalate them appropriately.
- Monitor employee adherence to ethical standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining compliance records and registers.
- Train and sensitize programs on compliance, ethics, and regulatory updates.
- Liaise with relevant regulatory bodies when necessary.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years’ experience in compliance, audit, or related roles (preferred).
- Knowledge of compliance standards, corporate governance, and risk management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good organizational and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
