Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory roles
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and report-writing abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management tools
- Professional certifications (e.g., CRCM, CAMS, CCO) are an added advantage
