Driver

Responsibilities:

Passenger & Cargo Transport:

• Safe Navigation: Transport management, staff, and guests to designated locations using optimal, pre-planned routes.
• Real-time Routing: Monitor traffic and weather conditions to avoid delays and adjust routes accordingly.
• Loading/Unloading: Assist passengers with luggage or safely handle, secure, and deliver cargo and parcels.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

• Routine Inspections: Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip checks (brakes, tires, fluids) to ensure roadworthiness.
• Upkeep & Cleanliness: Ensure the vehicle’s interior and exterior are clean, sanitized, and presentable at all times.
• Repairs: Report mechanical issues promptly and coordinate with management to schedule regular servicing.

Administrative & Compliance:

• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
• Legal Compliance: Strictly obey all road safety regulations, speed limits, and traffic laws.
• Document Management: Ensure vehicle registration, roadworthiness certificates, and insurance documents are up to date.
• Errand Running: Frequently handle ancillary office tasks, such as delivering documents, picking up mail, or making bank deposits.

Professionalism & Conduct:

• Customer Service: Provide a pleasant, respectful, and safe environment for all passengers.
• Discretion: Maintain confidentiality regarding company matters, especially when transporting executives or high-profile clients

Requirements:

• Possesses over 3 years of experience in driving and knows all the major terrains of Abuja.
• Should have experience driving a coaster bus and understand all traffic rules and regulations of the FCT & Nigeria.
• Possess a valid driver's license. NO temporary license!
