We are looking for a passionate Community & Brand Engagement Manager who will serve as the face of MarketMind — managing our digital communities, driving engagement, and ensuring our learners have an excellent experience.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow MarketMind’s online communities (Telegram, WhatsApp, and social media groups).
- Create and publish daily content across all social platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram).
- Represent MarketMind in physical meetings, media events, and conferences when required.
- Manage customer support inquiries, ensuring fast and friendly responses.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and brand strategies.
- Track engagement metrics, report growth analytics, and implement improvement strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with learners, partners, and affiliates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple online communities.
- Experience in trading, fintech, or education technology is an added advantage.
- Must be self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Nigeria (company covers expenses).

Remuneration: NGN 75,000 - 150,000
