Role Overview
As our Communications Officer / Specialist, you will be the architect and voice of Learnexity, internally and externally. This is a dynamic, hands-on, and strategic role, designed for someone who can:
- Lead brand development and positioning
- Manage digital presence and social media
- Craft high-impact content across platforms
- Build relationships with media and stakeholders
- Align internal communications with company culture
You will be a Swiss Army knife of communication, balancing strategy, execution, and innovation to ensure Learnexity’s story resonates across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Content Leadership
- Develop, write, and edit high-quality content across:
- Social media
- Website and blog
- Email campaigns
- Press releases
- Ensure strict consistency in tone, voice, messaging, and visual identity
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, persuasive communication
2. Digital Presence & Maintenance
- Oversee and manage Learnexity’s:
- Website content (CMS updates)
- Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, active, premium digital presence
- Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and inquiries within 1 hour
3. Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Plan and execute content calendars
- Create and publish high-performing posts, reels, and videos
- Track engagement, growth, and performance metrics
- Optimize content based on analytics and trends
4. Strategic Communication
- Design and implement communication strategies to:
- Increase brand awareness
- Strengthen public perception
- Drive engagement and conversions
- Align all messaging with Learnexity’s long-term vision and positioning
- Maintain brand Consistency while communicating with partnerships
5. Media & Public Relations
- Build and maintain relationships with:
- Journalists, media outlets, and industry partners
- Manage media inquiries, interviews, and thought leadership opportunities
- Act as a brand spokesperson when needed
- Develop crisis communication protocols to protect brand integrity
6. Internal Communication & Culture
- Develop and manage:
- Internal newsletters and updates
- Brand communication guidelines
- Ensure team alignment on brand voice, messaging, and company direction
- Support cross-functional alignment (Product, Sales, Engineering, Marketing)
7. Content & Asset Management
- Organize and maintain:
- Digital media libraries
- Brand assets
- Communication templates
- Create promotional materials (presentations, campaigns, brand kits)
8. Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and report on:
- Campaign performance
- Audience engagement
- Growth metrics
- Use insights to continuously improve communication strategies

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, Journalism, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, brand management, or PR
- Proven portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital presence
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and proactive problem-solving
Optional / Preferred:
- Experience in EdTech or startups
- Video content creation or storytelling
- Personal brand or content presence
- Experience building communities (Discord, WhatsApp, etc.)
