Communications & Membership Officer
Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic Communications and Membership Officer to drive organizational growth. You will manage public relations, execute digital campaigns, and grow our nationwide support community through strong advocacy, events, and outreach.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication strategies to increase organizational visibility, engagement, and impact.
- Manage the organization's digital communication channels, including social media, email campaigns, website content, and newsletters.
- Create, edit, and distribute high-quality content such as press releases, reports, success stories, and promotional materials.
- Build, engage, and retain a strong membership/supporter community through regular communication and relationship management.
- Coordinate membership recruitment, onboarding, retention, and renewal activities.
- Plan and execute events, campaigns, webinars, and outreach initiatives to strengthen stakeholder engagement.
- Serve as a key point of contact for members, partners, supporters, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries across communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Track communication and membership performance metrics and prepare periodic reports.
- Maintain accurate membership records and databases, ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma
- Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in communications, customer success, or community/membership building.
- Excellent written and spoken English, digital marketing proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to coordinate large-scale networks.
