Lead external communications, strengthen brand positioning, grow media presence, and manage a knowledge and practitioner community (online and offline).

- Develop and execute a communications strategy
- Write press releases, stories, newsletters, and donor updates
- Manage brand voice and media relationships
- Secure media features, interviews, and speaking opportunities
- Lead community engagement (events & virtual groups)
- Oversee social media, blog, and newsletter content
- Manage and mentor junior communications staff
- 4–6+ years in communications, PR, journalism, or similar
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- Proven media relations and placement experience
- Experience building and managing communities
- Strategic, organised, and digitally savvy
- Journalism or think tank background (Preferred)
- Community/event organising experience (Preferred)
- Multilingual (English + French/Yoruba/Igbo/Hausa) (Preferred)
- Brand development or repositioning experience (Preferred)
